These terms cover the game Potus Saves the World (“the game”) and the Unwoken Studios website. By playing the game or using the site, you agree to them.
Using the game
When you buy or download the game from a store (Steam, Epic Games Store, itch.io or Google Play), you get a personal, non-transferable licence to play it. That store's own terms also apply. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the game, except where the law allows it.
Satire
The game is a work of satire and parody. Its characters are fictional cartoon caricatures. The game is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any real person, political party, company or government.
Videos and streams
You're welcome to stream the game and post videos of it, including monetized videos, as long as you don't pass the footage off as your own work.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will run without problems on every device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Unwoken Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the game or the site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
